Immigration Federalism: State and Local Policies

States and localities in the United States are playing an ever-increasing role in immigration regulation, on matters ranging from enforcement to the provision of benefits and identity documents. We are compiling a list of policy reports and academic research on this topic, with a state and local policy database forthcoming in January 2016.
